The service
PumpDuel is supplied by 10Q Solutions Ltd, company number 15681198, registered at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. PumpDuel provides on-device rep counting, workouts, challenges, groups, rankings, and membership features. It is a fitness competition service, not medical advice or an emergency service.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for your account, device, and activity. Use accurate information, keep access secure, and do not share activation links. PumpDuel may restrict participation where age, safety, law, device capability, or competition-integrity requirements are not met.
Membership and billing
The website does not currently offer web purchasing. Memberships bought through Apple are charged, renewed, cancelled, and refunded under the price, interval, trial, tax, territory, and payment terms shown by Apple at purchase. Web checkout will remain disabled until its separate transaction terms have been approved and published here.
Renewal, cancellation, and access
A recurring membership renews unless cancelled through the billing source before its renewal deadline. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal while paid access continues until the end of the current period, subject to the terms shown by that billing source. Deleting a PumpDuel account does not automatically cancel an Apple or external subscription.
Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refund and statutory withdrawal rights depend on the billing source and territory. For an Apple purchase, request support or a refund through Apple. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Fair use and competition integrity
Do not manipulate rep detection, scores, rankings, challenges, access controls, or other players. Do not automate the service, probe private interfaces, harass others, upload unlawful material, or use PumpDuel in a way that risks injury or disrupts the service.
Suspension and availability
We may suspend paid or unpaid access to protect people, competition integrity, security, legal compliance, or the service. Features can change and network services can be interrupted. Where law requires, your mandatory remedies remain available.
