I purchased before installing PumpDuel
Install PumpDuel on the iPhone you want to use. Then open the activation link in the billing email and sign in to the PumpDuel account that should receive Pro.

Never send an activation link or redemption token to support. Tell us only what stage failed and which billing source you used.
I purchased on a desktop
Scan the success-page QR with your iPhone. If that page is gone, open the activation link in the billing email on your iPhone instead.
The activation email did not arrive
Check the billing email address entered at checkout, then check spam or junk. Search for the RevenueCat purchase receipt. PumpDuel support cannot safely accept an activation URL from you.
The activation link expired
Activation links expire after 60 minutes. Open the expired link in PumpDuel so RevenueCat can apply its replacement-email flow, then use the new link.
The link is invalid, used, or belongs to another account
Return to the PumpDuel account that should own the membership and try the newest activation email. Do not buy again while a completed charge is being investigated.
Activation is still syncing
Keep PumpDuel open briefly with a network connection. The app redeems the purchase, refreshes RevenueCat, and then reconciles access with PumpDuel's backend.
I already subscribe through Apple
Do not buy a second web membership. Open PumpDuel and use Restore Purchases. Apple and web subscriptions are billed and managed separately.
Manage or cancel a web membership
Use the manage-subscription link in RevenueCat billing emails to open its Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the terms shown at purchase; it does not normally erase the current paid period.
Manage an Apple membership
Use Apple's subscription management in iOS Settings or the App Store. Deleting a PumpDuel account does not automatically cancel an Apple or web subscription.
